RESPONSIBILITIES
• Check Multi Voucher, Head office Daily Report & Daily Ledger.
• Trial Balance and other Daily Report list are collected. Daily accounts submitted by branches must be Consolidated and submitted to higher level as Consolidated Trial.
• Making the Daily Liquidity Ratio excel Reports and sending to CBM.
• Prepare Commercial Tax and Corporate Income Tax Quarterly and Yearly.
• Consolidated Trial Balance must be sent daily to CBM(NPT).
• Daily Sending CBM Report & Consolidated Trial to MD Bank’s Officer.
• Preparing Microsoft office word files for Account Department’s Instruction and Memorandums.
• Preparing and representing CBM Cash Withdraw forms and writing note sheets.
• Prepare Excel Trial reports from Software for External Audit.
• Prepare Notes and Coins excel report from MIT Software for MIS report.
• Sending Weekly Deposit Transaction to CBM, (Trial Balance and CD must be attached)
• Prepare weekly liquid Ratio Report.
• Preparing HO Monthly Transaction.
• Preparing Consolidated Trial; Monthly Report.
• Preparing Cash Receipt & Payment Monthly Transaction.
