RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Sorting and registering Fixed Assets purchased by Procurement.
  • Entering GRN for fixed assets, print and attach asset ID labels and Issue assets to departments and branches in FAMS System.
  • To arrange attaching Assets ID labels to the newly purchased fixed assets and distribution to departments and branches.
  • To do physical counting / ground checking of fixed assets twice a year.
  • To prepare and check Fixed assets that are damaged and unusable will be re-examined and write-off.
  • Assisting in fueling the generator.
  • Estimated and recorded fuel cost of 60KVA and 500KVA generators at head office according to the driving time of the digital display on the generators.
  • Checking and refilling toner & cartridge for copiers and printers of all departments and HO branch.
  • If the printers and copiers in the head office need to be repaired, call in suppliers and provide servicing.
  • Attaching code labels to the security keys of the bank’s premises, room keys in the head offices, and writing a key list.
  • Assisting in the bank’s annual meeting, new branch opening, and events organized by the bank.
  • Works effectively as a team member with other members of management and own team.
  • Any responsibilities assign by management when require.

  • Checking daily interbank lending / borrowing reports, fixed deposit due to/due from reports and present the note sheet file for new tenor, rollover tenor and maturity transactions to the Senior
  • Check and sign the Interbank lending, borrowing, fixed deposit voucher transactions on daily
  • Authorize the money market multi voucher posting in MIT banking
  • Authorize the bank-to-bank fund transfer movements, treasury bond/ bill auctions and repo transactions in the CBM Net
  • Check the daily MIS reporting of money market transactions to
  • Check the daily treasury dashboard for Senior
  • Prepare the monthly CBM accrued interest payable and interest receivable
  • Check and authorize monthly accrued income reports and vouchers for interbank lending, borrowing, account with private bank (fixed deposits), account with private bank (saving deposit) and treasury bond.
