RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Prepare Payroll Information by collecting, calculating, tax calculation, and Social Security Contributions and related issue follow up.
  • Preparing the BOD List, BOM List, Branch List, and Staff List to be provided to CBM monthly.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment, communication, and addressing benefit-related inquiries.
  • Maintaining employee files update and following up probation staff documents, making sure contract agreement and the necessity for complete hard filing.
  • Dealing with related government offices such as large taxpayer offices for personal income tax, labor affairs for employee contracts, and CBM for monthly manpower update lists.
  • Prepare internal announcement letters such as promotion, transfer, termination, and HR policies.
  • Coordinate the recruitment process, from job posting, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and tracking the recruitment process for new hiring.
  • Support the HRIS function and updating the Employee Data Base in HR software.
  • Maintaining the employee attendance, leaves and overtime record to HR Software.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies, including maintaining accurate HR records and documentation.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Achieve sales targets by effectively closing deals for the designated Head of Department (HOD).
  • Assist the HOD in sales efforts, including creating benefit illustrations and accompanying on client visits.
  • Build and foster client relationships, introducing them to our Bancassurance offerings.
  • Compile weekly reports, incorporating sales data from branches, and provide updates to the HOD.
  • Engage and support bank branch employees through regular discussions to impart knowledge about insurance products.
  • Address branch-specific issues or concerns related to insurance sales and devise appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain policy renewals and cultivate relationships with customers, treating each renewal as a new opportunity.

  • Proficiency in analyzing financial statements, assessing creditworthiness, and identifying potential risks and opportunities is necessary for making informed decisions and maximizing value.
More Preferable Qualification
  • Work experience as a Senior Manager or Assistant General Manager in Treasury & FI
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Strong analytical skills are crucial for evaluating market trends, assessing investment opportunities, and monitoring transaction performance.
  • Experience in dealing with Non-Bank Financial Institutions (NBFIs) and familiarity with their operations, regulations, and risk factors is highly desirable.
  • Experience in risk management, including assessing and mitigating risks associated with Treasury and FI, is essential
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills are necessary for engaging with internal stakeholders and external counterparties.
  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, or a related field (post graduate preferred).
RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial Institutions

  • Conducts research and analysis to evaluate the suitability of counterparties for establishing an RMA.
  • Maintain relationship with both local and foreign banks
  • Responsible for AML and KYC as well as the completion of questionnaires from other counterparties
  • Engage with other counterparties to obtain the necessary documentation and information required for compliance purposes.
  • Facilitates the account opening process of financial institutions.
  • Manages changes in authorities and signatories of counter parties.
  • Initiating and managing border trade business activities.
  • Handle the coordination and operations related to money transfer services such as Ria and Western Union.
  • Responsible for negotiating and establishing escrow services agreements with customers and CBM.
  • Handles the negotiation, structuring, determine appropriate credit terms and administration of credit facility contracts with other banks.
  • Negotiate the term and conditions of bilateral agreement with correspondent banks
  • Applying for tokens from other counter parties and utilizing them to track and monitor daily transactions.
  • Arrange foreign currency requirements for timely payments as needed for various payment obligations of our bank, contact with fund providers and counter parties.
  • Contributes to the development of the department’s business plan includes strategic discussions, conduct market analysis, and provide input on revenue targets, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Presents the MC (Management Committee) report on a monthly basis includes updates on key financial indicators, performance metrics, and highlights any significant events or developments within the Treasury & FI portfolio.
  • Participate in ALCO on monthly basis includes analyzing and reporting on bank’s asset and liability positions, as well as providing market updates and recommendations for team and bank
  • Non-Bank Financial Institutions
  • Facilitate for currency swaps and specific responsibilities of the team include: Customer Engagement, Product Structuring and Pricing, Documentation and Legal Review, Monitoring and Reporting
  • Works closely with NBFIs such as microfinance companies, insurance companies, finance companies, NGOs, and INGOs and also has responsibilities for their specific deposit needs, regulatory requirements, risk management preferences and account opening.
  • Manage the documentation process of NDA with NBFIs.
  • Actively exploring and acquiring loan customers from the Non-Bank Financial Institution (NBFI) sector.
  • Assessing the creditworthiness, financial health, and risk profile of NBFIs to evaluate their suitability for potential lending or investment opportunities.
  • Oversees the annual review process for NBFIs and conduct comprehensive evaluation of the financial performance, risk exposure, and overall relationship with NBFIs on going portfolio.
  • Initiate and align the loan agreements and requirement between bank and loan customers (NBFIs)
  • Manage the customer loan portfolio and deposit accounts, with a goal to achieve set targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Effectively expand cross-selling additional banking products and services which will be required to present the progress reports and strategies to the Senior Management, demonstrating a commitment to achieving yearly targets and contributing to the overall growth of team.
